From the moment I walked in at Lappen Eye Care, it was incredibly helpful, professional, and informative. I had concerns with my floaters and Dr Drexler explained everything in a very informative and assuring way. Front desk was incredibly helpful & when it came time to pick my glasses you could tell they knew a lot about eye care. I am happy to find such a good eye dr. Highly recommend!

As always Dr. Ross is amazing at his work. The staff is absolutely amazing making me feel at ease in a new office and helped me so much filling out paperwork for registration and checking in with me periodically to address any questions or concerns I had.

I broke my glasses prior to being seen. I walked in one day after work so they can tighten my sunglasses and while I was getting them fixed I explained to them what happened with my regular prescription glasses and they got me in the next day and glasses were ordered for me. I am very grateful for everyone in the office. They are all so kind. God Bless them all.

Went for my yearly type 2 diabetes eye checkup. Ms Lappen found a horseshoe tear in my retina and within minutes she had an appointment with Retina Vitreous C onsultants for me for eye surgery. Had Lazer surgery which closed the retina tear and saved my eyesight!!!! THANK YOU LAPPEN FOR BEING THOROUGH AND TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF THIS 72 YEAR OLD!!!!

I have brought my children here for their eye exams for the past two years. They are patient and gentle with my younger kids, which, many places are not welcoming for kids. They also are considerate of the cost of glasses and will work with you and within the insurance restrictions and limitations.

My first time here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor is very thorough and excellent! I highly recommend this eye doctor. Very easy to park in the big parking lot behind business. It's a dollar an hour to park. A++

My appointment was in my opinion a big success. I've been having problems with my eyes for the last couple of years Dr Drexler was able to figure out exactly where the problem was. Now new lenses are ordered and hopefully this will be the final straw for me and I'll have my vision back to normal. Doctor was extremely thorough wonderful it explaining all the different steps to me that she was taking and trying to narrow down my problem. I always think it's easier when the patient understands the process and she explained things very well. The office staff at this office and McMurray is wonderful I've been here before and they all seem to get along great together and work together which means the patient gets out quicker and gets better care. I will stay with his eye doctor at this office for as long as they're there. Would highly recommend if you need an eye doctor this is where to go.

Pressure free, great with communication, accepts a wide variety of insurance and have great quality service & office. Easy to make an appointment and they can get you in quickly. All of the staff/docs there were super friendly during our visit. The eye doctors take their time to explain things clearly if you have questions. I take all four of my kids to this location now and will continue to do so.

Folks let me tell you…. After some issues that had been resolved…. I must say that everyone from Christine, Denise, the staff at McMurray and even Greensburg and Pittsburgh locations up to Dr. Johnathon Lappen himself… They all came through to rectify the issue and made sure that I was completely happy and satisfied with the end results. Special thanks to Christina and Denise as they were initially the first of who had greeted me with such kindness and respect from the very beginning..
