First visit: Everyone there is friendly, and does a good, thorough job at testing and explaining. My first visit, highly recommended by my son, and now by me also.

This was my first time at Lappen Eye Care and it was a great one. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was very early for my appointment but they saw me right away and the experience was quick and easy. Dr. Ross’s exam was thorough and he explained everything clearly and concisely. The optician who helped me choose glasses was knowledgeable and sweet. She even did a pupillary distance for my daughter who had an exam elsewhere and it wasn’t performed. Very nice selection of glasses to choose from and a clean, inviting environment. I’d highly recommend checking them out as an alternative to sone of the bigger chain eyeglass providers. Wonderful experience!

Been with Dr Lappen for several years and have been very impressed by his ability to explain anything that I need to know. His staff is very knowledgeable about fitting the right pair of glasses that look good on me.

From the moment I walked in at Lappen Eye Care, it was incredibly helpful, professional, and informative. I had concerns with my floaters and Dr Drexler explained everything in a very informative and assuring way. As always Dr. Ross is amazing at his work. The staff is absolutely amazing making me feel at ease in a new office and helped me so much filling out paperwork for registration and checking in with me periodically to address any questions or concerns I had.

Everything went very well. Dr Lowry is a wonderful ophthalmologist. Very thorough and polite, the only issue I had was when I was picking out my frames I was be told that the frame I got was not a good frame and they would be to big for my face. That made me a little upset. I got the ones I wanted

I have been going to this optometry practice for about 5 years now. I have seen both doctors Lappen, as well as Dr. Drexler in that time. The front desk staff is extremely nice. You are treated extremely well at this practice. The doctors explain everything, and are extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

Went for my yearly type 2 diabetes eye checkup. Ms Lappen found a horseshoe tear in my retina and within minutes she had an appointment with Retina Vitreous C onsultants for me for eye surgery. Had Lazer surgery which closed the retina tear and saved my eyesight!!!! THANK YOU LAPPEN FOR BEING THOROUGH AND TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF THIS 72 YEAR OLD!!!!

I have brought my children here for their eye exams for the past two years. They are patient and gentle with my younger kids, which, many places are not welcoming for kids. They also are considerate of the cost of glasses and will work with you and within the insurance restrictions and limitations.

My appointment was in my opinion a big success. I've been having problems with my eyes for the last couple of years Dr Drexler was able to figure out exactly where the problem was. Now new lenses are ordered and hopefully this will be the final straw for me and I'll have my vision back to normal. Doctor was extremely thorough wonderful it explaining all the different steps to me that she was taking and trying to narrow down my problem. I always think it's easier when the patient understands the process and she explained things very well. The office staff at this office and McMurray is wonderful I've been here before and they all seem to get along great together and work together which means the patient gets out quicker and gets better care. I will stay with his eye doctor at this office for as long as they're there. Would highly recommend if you need an eye doctor this is where to go.

On time getting us in for exam. Very thorough eye tests and photos of the eyes. Dr Lappen is very knowledgeable and takes his time to answer questions

Lappen Eye care provides excellent and efficient service. They are kind, patient & helpful with the selection process and prioritize the individual need vs pushing the highest selling product on you. Pressure free, great with communication, accepts a wide variety of insurance and have great quality service & office. Definitely a great place to meet eye care needs with a very high likelihood of having a good experience. 👍

Easy to make an appointment and they can get you in quickly. All of the staff/docs there were super friendly during our visit. The eye doctors take their time to explain things clearly if you have questions. I take all four of my kids to this location now and will continue to do so.
